When will your online store be open?

Our online shop is in the hands of our web designers and this will be launched very soon!  If you wish to purchase an item you have seen on our website then please contact us, we don't have a retail outlet at present so if you wish to collect your item then this can be arranged, stricktly by appointment only.  If you would like to be notified when products are available online then please complete our email sign up and we will be in touch.   Thank you.

If you wish to purchase an item that you have seen then please email us with the details or call to arrange payment and delivery.  We accept credit and debit card payments and can despatch goods next day or by standard parcels.

What is your returns policy?

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Terms & Conditions

For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to CamperVantatic  accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.

PRICES & VAT

All prices on the web site are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: 1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. 2) Cheque.  Please make payable to CamperVantastic Ltd ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.  We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as CamperVantastic will not be held responsible for any losses.

GUARANTEE

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.

AVAILABILITY

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.

PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for their purpose. In this case a member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier,

STATUTORY RIGHTS

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

I want to buy a Flexifoil Kite what should I choose?

For children over 8 years of age and beginners the Buzz and Big Buzz provide a great entry to the world of kite flying and come complete with lines attached and ready to fly.  For those experienced at flying two line kites then the Sting is your next choice and this is highly recommended for those seeking more power, thrill and fun, the 3.3m should only be flown by the experienced, air time and dragging is possible in strong winds!
