CAMP FIRE/BARBEQUE PUDDING
BANANA BOAT
You will need to pack some aluminium foil, bananas, a bag of mini marshmallows, a few bars of milk chocolate and why not also add some chopped nuts and a can of squirty cream!

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 Milk chocolate bar
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Optional extras: squirty cream and chopped nuts!

PREPARATION:
With the banana facing up, cut a slit in each banana leaving about 1/2 inch on each end uncut. Place a layer of chocolate in the slit and then a layer of marshmallows on top of that. Wrap in aluminium foil and heat on a grill or gently in the embers of the fire until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.

Unwrap and gorge yourself on this super treat and if you prefer add some cream and chopped nuts, enjoy!
