Just wanted to say thanks again for everything.  The van was fantastically well equipped, and we really appreciated the little touches like the coffee and the spares of everything.  The sat nav in particular was an unexpected godsend, which avoided a lot of arguments en route, and the holiday was incredibly harmonious for us as a family.

Dear Steve, Carole & Heather,
as promised we are sending you some photos and details of our trip in the
California that we rented from you at the beginning of this month.

Firstly we would like to say how impressed we were with the Campervantastic service. The van and awning surpassed our expectations and we wanted for nothing with the excellent range of accessories that came with the van.

After we picked up the van we travelled down to Hayling Island near
Portsmouth and stayed there overnight. Although we had been travelling since 7am that morning we were pleased with how easy it was to put up the awning and get settled in.

The next day we packed up and travelled to Mortehoe in North Devon and spent 2 nights there. This time we had wind and rain to contend with but again put up the awning without too much trouble. Although we had a pleasant day on Sunday in walking the coastal paths and exploring the area bad weather set in during the late afternoon. We then decided to return to Hayling Island for our final night.

We found travelling long distances in the van very comfortable even in heavy
traffic and at times wind and rain. We had a really good break and are
looking forward to doing it again next year. We would like to thank all of
you for your help and friendly advice and Heather for her excellent
demonstration of the van and awning which took the worry out of the
experience for us camper van novices!

Just wanted to let you know that you have inspired us so much that we are currently in our 4th week of our 3 month adventure around Europe!
 
Having hired a campervan from you in spring as a test run for our career break idea, we have since packed in work/got a sabbatical, and taken our 2 year toddler on a trip of a lifetime! We did it all in 8 weeks and have only had time to book 2 campsites - but it is all fine!
 
We loved your posh brand new swanky California's, but couldn't envisage being in one for 3 months with a toddler in the mid summer sun (no idea how you coped) so we bought a 2nd hand Burstner Elegance motorhome - huge beast it is! We'll sell it on our return and may even look again at VWs for the long term!
 
It is by no means as easy to drive as your ones and you cannot park it in towns or car parks - but it is our home for the the summer and we are absolutely loving it!
 
Thank you for all of your hints and tips and for generally being interested in our plans - you always need somebody else to tell you that you are not crazy - as so many people do! You have a fab company and offer a brilliant high quality service

Hi, just thought id let you all know how good this company is,...........i decided to buy a lantern from them after seeing one advertised in camper and bus this month,........... anyway ordered on sun morning by phone (think i woke them up) ooops!, they dispatched mon morn, i received on tues but unfortunately it was smashed in transit, gave them a call and to be honest they couldn't have been nicer about it , sent a replacement straight away and received the new one today,...........how cool is that, they said to keep the first one they sent (still works) as it wasn't worth the hassle to arrange collection etc and just to email some pictures of the bust one (only if i didn't mind) so they could claim from courier
I'm well impressed, top quality product and not often you get service like that these days!!
