I was very pleased with the service I received when I purchased new arms for my VW T5 bike rack. I phoned to check that I selected the correct parts and was answered quickly by a very friendly helpful man who asked me to take photos of my rack so that he could advise. He emailed straight back to confirm the parts I needed and the order was then promptly delivered..
