Last Wednesday, I was away in my VW California Ocean and I pulled the roof bed down without noticing a book on the shelf. As a result the rear LH plastic (!) hinge snapped. Went on the forum and surprise, surprise it’s happened to lots of owners. One guy said check out Campervantastic. I went on their website, found the right part and ordered it straight away. Got home on Thursday to find the new, METAL one waiting for me. Fitted it today, a bit of a faff but glad to have the van fixed and working properly. Amazing service, well done guys. Cannot praise you enough; Vantastic indeed! You’ll be my first port of call in future. Thank you.
