Brilliant service and superb customer care after sales. Had an issue with a Brandrup Rear Door Mozzie net, the guys asked for photos to send to Brandrup to highlight the problem. Brandrup sanctioned a replacement. This arrived when they said it would and arranged returned packaging for the one with the problem. Can’t beat that. Well done all, thank you, replacement one is perfect.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I purchased new arms for my VW T5 bike rack. I phoned to check that I selected the correct parts and was answered quickly by a very friendly helpful man who asked me to take photos of my rack so that he could advise. He emailed straight back to confirm the parts I needed and the order was then promptly delivered..
