The Cadac 25cm Pizza baking stone can be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles, gas BBQs and in CADACs Safari range (on the top of BBQ unit with the WOK/Lid on). 10mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 300°C.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Pizza stones are very porous. They should therefore not become too moist. Never immerse them in water; the stone will then absorb the water and can easily break with the next use. Cleaning is actually very simple; you wipe the stone after use with a (damp) cloth.
